About Us.
Sharratt Design & Company employs a staff of 11 architects, designers and administrators
Mission Statement:
Sharratt Design & Company is an architectual practice dedicated to the creation of spirited, well-planned, and well-crafted homes. Each client brings to the process their own way of looking at the world and how they relate to it. Each home we design attempts to expressively manifest the character of the client as well as reflect the influences of the region, site and budget. This approach leads us to work in many styles. We strive to create homes that transcend stylistic cliché; homes with integrity that express each client's distinct spirit and integrates with the surrounding natural environment.

Joleen Mische, Architect Ask the right questions. Listen to the answers. Consider coloring outside the lines. The home you live in reflects who you are. It should encompass your actual spatial needs and daily functions along with providing an environment that nourishes the human spirit. |
Damien Lindquist, Designer/Project Manager A great custom home is an embodiment of spirit and a legacy. Good design requires a deep commitment not to settle for the immediate solution, but to continually seek the elegant solution. |
Richard Henriksen, Associate AIA I can think of nothing more satisfying and compelling than to co-create with an owner an environment that can truly be called "Home." A home which respects the environment and the community. It becomes a reflection of you - your needs, desires and dreams with amazing spaces that interact specifically for you, and details that can be as personal as your own imagination. |
Nora Kirkwold, Architect Serve the client with a meticulously crafted home, and serve the client through the journey as well. |
Mark Telshaw, Project ManagerOutstanding custom homes are an expression of lofty ideals executed on a level of fine details. This is achieved when a team of people share a journey following what they feel, and to explore where and what that feeling looks like. For myself, it is the art of 3-dimensional solutions. |
Steve Lemke, Project Manager/DesignerShare my expertise. Listen to the clients' goals. Create a home where years of memories will be built. |
Christopher Raaf, Architectural Draftsman"The architect should strive continually to simplify; the ensemble of the rooms should then be carefully considered that comfort and utility may go hand in hand with beauty." - Frank Lloyd Wright |
